At JW Seagon we pride ourselves on our listening skills and our ability to respond to any client feedback. So, when we carried out a simple local survey to gauge clients’ views on life insurance and found a very limited understanding of the product – we knew we had to do something about it!
We decided to create a new campaign which aims to educate customers on the ins and outs of life insurance and the vital role it plays in all our lives. Our survey highlighted that many people felt that life insurance was not relevant for them – which is simply not true – and hence we devised a series of scenarios to show just how invaluable life insurance can be.
Another myth we are looking to bust from our recent survey is that life insurance is expensive and complex to purchase. Again, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Life insurance is one of the most affordable insurance products and a policy can be set up in minutes, without the need for any medical examinations.
When it comes to insurance provision, life cover is a must-have in nearly all cases. We hope our campaign brings clarity to our customers and encourages them to purchase life insurance immediately. And even if they choose to buy their cover from a competitor – we can rest easy knowing our educational campaign has worked – that’s the main objective!
