Whether you are building or extending your own home, a business developing your site, constructing a new factory, hotel, camp or lodge, or you are a contractor offering services to residential or commercial clients, this new package is perfect for all your needs.

The policy provides coverage in four key areas: –

• Contract Works – Covers loss or damage to the contract as it starts, including transport of all materials to and from the site. It can also include your own plant, employees’ tools and hired in plant.
• Public Liability – Provides coverage for injury or damage to third parties and third-party property while the works are in progress.
• Work Injury Benefit Act – Offers statutory cover for all your employees in compliance with the Act, with options to extend to 24-hour cover and group personal accident.
• Employers Liability – Protects your legal liability in the event an employee is injured at work and sues for damages.

You can select the sections you need and coverage is available for one-off, short-term contracts or annual policies, where you pay one overall premium for all contracts that you have in the insurance period.
