  • Our policies operate on a ‘new for old’ basis, ensuring that you receive replacement goods equivalent to the value of new ones, provided your sum insured is appropriately set.
  • In the event of water damage, prioritize safety first. Then, if feasible, document the damage by taking photos or videos with your mobile phone and promptly report the claim.
  • Don’t wait for an adjuster to arrive; commence cleanup activities promptly. If possible, retain damaged items for inspection or capture images before disposal.
  • Maintain an inventory of all lost or damaged items for accurate claim processing.
