Shreya Haria Appointed to EXCO at JW Seagon.

The JW Seagon Group is delighted to announce that Shreya Haria will be stepping into the newly formed position of Group Head of Customer Operations from 1st September 2025 as a member of the Group’s Executive Committee.

As a core member of the JWS Group for almost 9 years, Shreya has risen quickly through the ranks gaining experience across all key customer touchpoints from acquisition through to retention, taking on pivotal roles such as Client Relations Lead on our Healthcare business and Business Process & Compliance Champion. In her current role as Head of Operations on the Group’s Operating Committee, she is also leading an ambitious digital transformation project, moving us away from legacy systems to a new, future-proof digital workplace and we are excited to see the milestones being achieved already!

Her deep understanding of our end-to-end operations, combined with her passion for problem solving and innovation to further strengthen our customer first approach, has played a central role in driving the Group’s success. We look forward to seeing Shreya bringing these skills into this key leadership and strategic role to spearhead our vision of ‘delighting our customers by making insurance simple’

As Group Head of Customer Operations, Shreya will oversee the ‘engine room’ of the Group. She will lead the Customer Experience, Business Process, Technology & Data teams. Her leadership will be integral in advancing our ongoing transformation strategy and supporting our goal of becoming the leading insurance broker in the region.
