Good things come in threes!
By Jeremy Clayton
A very accurate saying that describes what we are about to bring all our existing and new Safari Plan clients.
The product has a proven track record now and in 2017 we have dealt with fires, floods, staff and guest injuries, vehicles being stuck in rivers, emergency evacuations, buffaloes damaging swimming pools and negligence claims where incorrect advice was supplied for visa requirements. Thankfully, all those incidents were covered by our Safari Plan policy and all claims were either paid or are in the process of being finalised.
So, armed with the success of the product, buoyed by the seemingly improving Tourism market and the need to ensure that the packaged policy remains the only one in the Kenyan and Tanzanian markets, we are about to bring you those three ‘good things’.
Firstly, the product has become so popular that it will soon be launched in 4 new Sub-Saharan regions and these will be announced shortly. Secondly, there is a new Insurer in our partnership programme and they have offices in Kenya and Tanzania, so are a real benefit to clients with operations in both regions. Thirdly, and our most exciting development to date, is the launch of our 24/7 emergency service which will be known as JWS 360®.
We have researched and negotiated with various providers of this service for well over a year now and we are delighted to announce that CEGA have agreed to provide this for us. CEGA are one of the World’s leading providers of medical and security assistance and travel risk management services. They handle over 40,000 medical and security assistance emergencies every year and have one of the most experienced team of experts on hand. So whether you have a medical or security related emergency, help is just a call away. Have a look at their website here and see for yourself: https://www.cegagroup.com/
At JW Seagon we are determined not to ‘rest on our laurels’. It is vital that products are reviewed regularly and constantly improved, that for our existing loyal clients we give something back and that for those wanting to explore using us going forwards, we provide you with something a bit different.
The heading of this is ‘Good things come in threes’…but I guess that is incorrect…it actually comes in ‘fours’… as this extra service is provided FREE OF CHARGE when purchasing the Safari Plan product!
