Raising Awareness About Cervical Cancer: Prevention, Detection, and Vaccination

Cervical cancer ranks as the 4th most common cancer among women worldwide and is the 2nd most prevalent in Kenya, following breast cancer. The good news is that cervical cancer has a high survival rate if detected early. One of the most effective prevention methods is vaccination against the human papillomavirus (HPV), the primary cause of cervical cancer.

HPV vaccination is strongly recommended for everyone—boys and girls, women and men. This proactive measure can significantly reduce the risk of developing cervical cancer in the future.

Recently, we hosted an insightful webinar aimed at increasing awareness about cervical cancer. The session was packed with valuable information and targeted both women and men. If you missed it, we highly encourage you to listen in and learn more about how you can protect yourself and your loved ones from this disease.
